Body Back® Transformation is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to find strength in motherhood. Each session runs for 8 weeks and is focused on two (HIIT) high intensity interval training workouts per week to maximize mom’s time, or lack thereof. The classes include cardio, strength and core as well as mindful meditation so you rebuild from within. Also included: 10 supplemental at home video workouts, nutrition guides, coaching and support.
